And of course, if you had same issue, or might know how to resolve my problem, thank you for any tip. To be honest, i do not know, what developers of Battlefield 5 did, but i hope, someone from Apex Legends developers read this and maybe can adress my issue. I tried everything i found on google, but i think that i will need to wait for new Windows build (in April) or update for Apex Legends, that will fix my problem. Now i have same problem for Apex Legends i descibed above ( see volume bar, mouse is lagging and game is not running smooth).

exe properties for better performance, but my games run much worse).īattlefield 5 - I had this problem (playing game in full screen with volume overlay on screen), and i had same issue, mouse cut in horizontal changing view, shooting and overally not smooth gameplay. (Windows devs made "disable full screen optimisation" thing in game. I did some search on google, there is not lot info about it, but latest Windows build made this problem. Problem is, that when i play game in full screen, i can see volume overlay, when +/- sound, and i should not see it, because this is sign, that game is not running in exclusive full screen, but in Windows optimised full screen. I still compare 2 games, where i had same problem, Battlefield 5 and Apex Legends. Guys, i have game in full screen when i play it. How can i fix this guys? I want play Apex in classic full screen without seeing volume bar and stuttering, i want smoother gameplay. So i decided to do same for Apex, but when i tick "disable full screen optimization" my game is running in hybrid full screen mode still. When i ticked "disable full screen optimization", i am playing like new game, perfectly smooth gameplay. I mean, i can tell only from my Battlefield 5 experience, but when i played it with unticked "disable full screen optimization" i had stuttering and overall gameplay was bad. And the difference between Hybrid full screen and classic full screen in performance is huge on my end.
Problem is, that it is working for BF5, but not working for my Apex game. So, when i tick "disable full screen optimization" in game properties, everything should be fixed and game should work fine. exe properties, compatibility section of game. I did search on google, that hybrid full screen mode for games is enabled, when "disable full screen optimisation" option is unticked in.
The problem is, both games i am playing right now (BF5, Apex) are running in Hybrid Full screen mode. When my game is running in classic full screen, i do not see volume bar. When my game is running in Hybrid full screen mode, i can see volume bar, when i want + and - sound. I can easily tell, when my game is running in hybrid full screen mode, or classic full screen, because there is 1 sign. Since big October 2018 Windows 10 update some of my games are running in hybrid full screen mode.
